How to Apply Online for Income Certificate Bihar (Aay Praman Patra)?

The people of Bihar do not have to hassle anymore in order to online apply for income certificate. Bihar Government has made it easy to do so online.

Steps:

1. Go to the official RTPS website http://210.212.23.51/rtps/Home.aspx
2. Find the "Apply Online" link on the left panel.

3. Click on the link. It will lead you to a page.

4. Read महत्वपूर्ण सूचना carefully. After your are done, click on मैं सहमत हूँ (I Agree)| link at the bottom of that page.

5. Now, you will be shown two options:

Block(प्रखंड)

and , Bihar Bhawan 5, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021

6. Select either one of them.

7. A form will open below, fill it with correct details. Enter you name in English and Hindi. To enter your name in Hindi, just type name in English and print space. Hindi will automatically appear.

8. Next, Enter your mobile number and click on "next".

9. You will get a sms on your Mobile number.

10.Enter the code you just received in the box below. Click on "next".

11. Now Form no-XV will open. You will have to fill in all the necessary details in it.

12. click on "next".

13. स्वयं शपथ-पत्र will open before you. Read it and click "I agree".

14. Click on submit button.

15. Application Submitted Status will open. You can print it for future reference.
