There's a great news for the residents of Bihar. Now you can Apply for Residential Certificate from anywhere online.
1. Go to the official RTPS web address here: http://210.212.23.51/rtps/
2. Click on the "Apply online link to the left.
3. After clicking on the link, you will be led to a महत्वपूर्ण सूचना page. After reading the page, click on मैं सहमत हूँ (I Agree)| .
4. You will be given two options regarding from where you want to get that certificate. Select one.
5. A form will appear below. Fill your names in both English and Hindi. Type in your phone number and click on "next". You will receive a code on your mobile number.
6. Enter the code in the box like this and click "next".
7. Form XII will open Fill it carefully, click on "next".
8. स्वयं शपथ-पत्र will open. Click "I agree " after carefully reading it.
9. Submit by clicking on "submit".
10. Print the Application status page.
11. You are done.
