How to RTPS Online Apply Caste Certificate (Jati Praman Patra) in Bihar?

Applying for Caste certificate just became easier in Bihar. RTPS allows you to apply for Caste certificate online. You can do so in the following ways:

1. Click on this link http://210.212.23.51/rtps/ to the official RTPS website.

2. On the homepage find the "apply online" on the left side of the page.

3. This will lead you to महत्वपूर्ण सूचना page on the website. Click on "I agree" after giving it a read.

4. After this a window will open and you will have to select from where you have to receive your certificate.

5.Select one of the two options.

6. Next, a form will open. Enter your names in Hindi and English. Select certificate from the dropdown menu. Enter your mobile number in the box below.

7. Click on next.

8. You will get an instant OTP on your mobile number. Click on "I have verification code" and Enter the code in the box that appears below.

9. Upon successful submission, a form will open i.e. FORM-I

10. Fill all the details in the form.

11. After this, click on next. A स्वयं शपथ-पत्र form will open. Read it  and tick " मैं सहमत हूँ (I Agree)" box.

12. click on submit.

13. You will receive your application ID from the Application Submitted Status page. You can print it for later use.
